Ordering

  1. Cut off time

    Do take note that all bakes needs to be ordered 2 days in advance.

  2. Payment modes

    We only receive payments via online credit card/debit card. Strictly no cash on delivery.
    All payment due are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  3. Is my order confirmed?

    When your order is confirmed, you will received a confirmation email.
    Please kindly check your spam folder if notifications are not received.
    We will prepare your baked goods only after confirmed receipt of your full payment.

  4. How do you know if my order details/changed are sent to you?

    We will get back to you ASAP through your contact details.

  5. Can I amend/change my order?

    Yes, you may. Please kindly inform us via IG/FB direct message at least 3 days in advance before your collection date.

  6. Can I cancel my order?

    Yes you may, however we will only provide a full refund if cancelled at least 3 days before your collection date.

    Eg. Collection on 22 Jan, refunds will be considered if cancelled on/before 19 Jan.

    Please kindly understand that your orders are made freshly, and unique materials might have been costed.

Delivery

  1. All charges and fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

  2. We offer delivery services starting from a flat rate of $12 island wide. There will be no delivery to Sentosa, Tuas and Jurong Island.

  3. Delivery charges are waived if total orders are above $80 per location and per date.

  4. For self-collection, pick up will be located at 792 Woodlands Avenue 6 (730792).

  5. We require 2 working days’ lead time in any case of changes in delivery address. Additional charges will be imposed in the event the delivery address has to be changed before our required lead time.

  6. In the event recipient/sender are uncontactable or not available to receive goods during delivery,
    Goods will be left at the doorstep and our delivery will contact you via your phone number.

  7. If redelivery is requested, a redelivery fee of $12 will be applied.

Storage Information

  1. All cheesecakes, tiramisu and cookies require storage in the fridge up to 3 days for optimal freshness. Please refrigerate immediately after receiving. Best consume on the date of purchase.

  2. Mini crunchy choc chip cookies (150g) can be stored in room temperature up till 5 days. Best consume on the date of purchase.
